DRP Lead
•Optimize inventory availability per location, cycle time, and order fulfillment time to meet our customer’s expectations (Sales) for product delivery.
•Align supply and demand, manage DC capacity constraints, and ensure product flow through distribution network.
•Manage the technical side of planning and the cross-functional skills to successfully collaborate with Supply, Demand, Quality, Sales and Finance.
•Ensure distribution schedule adherence for current SKUs and assist with timely implementation of new product launches.
•Ensure effective inventory management, seek and implement logistics continuous improvement, taking into account the impact of their decisions across the entire supply chain.
•Responsible for the development of, transportation alternatives and warehousing /distribution center requirements.
•Develops intermediate- and long-range production plans, working closely with sales and supply teams plans inventory levels that satisfy the customer service target for product availability.
•Reviews weekly sales and finished goods inventory data and advises sales and distribution teams of sales trends take off and slow down and/or inventory balances.
•Assists in long-range capacity studies to determine requirements for new equipment and facilities.
Skills
-Bachelor Degree required: Operations, Logistics, , Supply Chain.
-University graduate preferable in Supply Chain Management or Engineering or Business Administration.
-Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in planning and analysis, preferably with distrubtion planning experience in multi-national company and FMCG industry
-Practical experience in SAP is a plu
