 • 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits and personnel
 • Fluency in English
 • Experience with social insurance office & labor office
 • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
 • Excellent organizational skills
 • Proficient in Microsoft office (particularly in excel)
